On February 21, 2022 (Beijing time), the final determination announcement of the EU fastener anti-dumping case was released. The announcement showed that the EU would impose a dumping tax rate range of 22.1% - 86.5% on steel fasteners originating in the People's Republic of China, which was consistent with the results of the documents disclosed last December.
It is understood that the products involved in the case include: some steel fasteners (except stainless steel), namely: wood screws (except square head screws), self tapping screws, other headed screws and bolts (whether with nuts or washers, but excluding the screws and bolts used to fix railway track construction materials) and washers.
